Lady with severe periodontal disease requiring all upper teeth to be extracted. Eight implants placed and fixed bridgework on the implants. Throughout the time of implant integration bridgework was maintained on four remaining teeth that were subsequently extracted. Hence patient had fixed teeth during all the treatment time:
